Brandon’s boyhood dread of the real estate open houses he was “encouraged” by his mother to attend soon gave way to an interest in floor plans and a talent for designing hypothetical improvements to them. Sunday afternoons would find him hard at work on these rescues.

While the footlights of the theater stole him away from architecture, he never really strayed too far. A few short months after receiving his BA in Musical Theater from Columbia College Chicago in 2001, Brandon went to work as an administrator at Kirkegaard Associates, a world class architectural acoustics consulting firm, where his loves of theater and architecture came together. During his five years there he balanced the administrative needs of many consultants with preparing marketing and contractual materials, maintaining the project database, and revamping the company’s internal website.

At Koenig & Strey Brandon continues to balance the needs of his clients as he is completely focused on customer service.
